On June 30th, Huayuan Environment's first equipped sewage treatment project - Dinghu District Urban Sewage Treatment Integrated Facility Equipment and Installation and Operation Procurement Project (hereinafter referred to as "Dinghu Integrated Project") successfully passed the environmental protection completion acceptance.

On June 30th, Huayuan Environment's first equipped sewage treatment project - Dinghu District Urban Sewage Treatment Integrated Facility Equipment and Installation and Operation Procurement Project (hereinafter referred to as "Dinghu Integrated Project") successfully passed the environmental protection completion acceptance.
The Dinghu Integrated Project is located in the triangle area of the intersection of Chuangye Road and Dinghu Avenue in Dinghu District, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. It adopts the "OAAO+MBR (Nano Catalytic Ceramic Membrane)" process, with a daily treatment capacity of 20000 m3/d and an area of about 5000 square meters. The effluent quality meets the Class IV standard of the "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard" (GB3838-2002), and is another major application of Huayuan Environmental New Functional Nano Flat Ceramic Membrane in the field of domestic sewage treatment.

In this project, the raw water enters the facultative zone of the biochemical tank after pre-treatment, then passes through the micro oxygen zone I, micro oxygen zone II, and finally enters the membrane tank for nitrification reaction, organic matter hydrolysis reaction, short range nitrification denitrification or denitrification reaction, phosphate reduction reaction, etc. This process is centered around a nano flat ceramic membrane reactor, which precisely controls the dissolved oxygen concentration in different functional areas. It combines the traditional "cascade" sewage biochemical treatment process with the new functional nano ceramic flat membrane treatment technology, forming a "cascade" unit. While achieving synchronous COD removal and nitrogen and phosphorus removal, it can also convert excess sludge into an internal carbon source, significantly reducing operating costs. Compared with traditional sewage treatment projects, this process has the advantages of small footprint, low investment, short construction period, high effluent standards, low sludge production, and simple operation and management.
As a key sewage treatment project in Dinghu District, the Dinghu Integrated Project has been under construction. Since its inception, Huayuan team has overcome a series of difficulties such as tight schedule, shortage of machinery and materials, sudden outbreaks of epidemics, and frequent rainy seasons. Through careful organization, scientific planning, and multiple integration, after more than 100 days and nights of hard work, the project construction tasks have been completed with high standards and quality, and finally successfully accepted.
The completion and operation of this project will effectively alleviate the pressure on sewage treatment in Dinghu District and play an important role in improving the water environment quality of the local watershed. Huayuan Environment will also take this project as an opportunity to further strengthen investment in the research and development and manufacturing of environmental protection equipment, fully expand the application scenarios of flat membrane, and focus on the development strategy of "creating domestic brands and manufacturing high-quality products in the industry". We will focus on improving sewage treatment and tap water purification, and strive to make greater contributions to ecological environment protection with more high-quality water treatment projects.
