Zhangjiagang Project Overview:

According to the three-year action plan for high-quality urban and rural domestic sewage treatment in Suzhou, the second phase expansion project of the Zhangjiagang City Third Sewage Treatment Plant was launched in 2019, with an treatment capacity of 20000 tons per day. The MNR-S biochemical treatment process unique to Huayuan Environment was used to treat and improve the sewage. By implementation of Huayuan Ceramic Membrane Technology, it results in several advantages. Firstly, it saves 40% of the land while comparing to the first phase of the project,  then the operating cost per ton of water is less than 0.5 yuan, and the effluent quality greatly exceeds the requirements of DB32/1072-2018 Discharge Limits of Main Water Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants and Key Industrial Industries in the Taihu Lake Lake Area and the special discharge limits of Suzhou City.

Dinghu Project Overview:

The integrated sewage treatment project in Dinghu District, with a treatment capacity of 20000 m3/d, is another major application of Huayuan Environment's new functional nano flat ceramic membrane in the field of domestic sewage treatment. In this project, the raw water enters the facultative zone of the biochemical tank after pre-treatment, then passes through the micro oxygen zone I, micro oxygen zone II, and finally enters the membrane tank for nitrification reaction, organic matter hydrolysis reaction, short range nitrification denitrification or denitrification reaction, phosphate reduction reaction, etc. This process is centered around a nano flat ceramic membrane reactor, which precisely controls the dissolved oxygen concentration in different functional areas. It combines the traditional "cascade" sewage biochemical treatment process with the new functional nano ceramic flat membrane treatment technology, forming a "cascade" unit. While achieving synchronous COD removal and nitrogen and phosphorus removal, it can also convert excess sludge into an internal carbon source, significantly reducing operating costs. This process has outstanding advantages such as stable effluent quality, small footprint, low sludge disposal cost, modular functionality, and intelligent operation management. The successful operation of the Dinghu District project marks the absolute leading position of Huayuan Environmental Nano Ceramic Plate Membrane in the field of municipal sewage treatment in the same industry.
