On April 19, 2022, Zhangjiagang Huayuan Environment undertook the integrated sewage treatment project in Dinghu District urban area. After more than a month of ceramic membrane module assembly, single group membrane group water testing, and membrane group inlet work, the water inlet conditions have been met, which also marks the official entry of the project into the commissioning and operation stage.

The sewage treatment project is located in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, aiming to increase the local sewage treatment capacity to meet the needs of population growth and regional economic support. Since June 2021, Huayuan Environment and Guangdong Guangye Group have undergone over half a year of docking and argumentation on this project. Based on the requirements of the owner and the factors such as short project time and small land space, Huayuan High Standard has designed a complete set of new processes, using a circular structure, steel structure, biochemical, membrane treatment, and mechatronics integration. The sewage treatment process of the project has been determined as follows: grid → horizontal sedimentation tank → anaerobic tank → membrane tank, and the final membrane effluent quality is better than the first level A standard of the "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard". With excellent engineering design and treatment processes, Huayuan won the bid for the sewage treatment project in February 2022. This is also another important layout for Huayuan's ceramic membrane market expansion after the successful application of the Zhangjiagang Three Pollution (20000 tons) renovation and expansion project and achieving stable and standard operation throughout the year.

On March 15th, Zhangjiagang Huayuan Environment dispatched two experienced technical personnel to Zhaoqing City, Guangdong to carry out assembly, installation, and water testing operations. In less than half a month, the assembly work of over 200 layers of membrane components has been completed. Following the principle of adhering to quality first, Huayuan Environment conducts water testing and inspection on each set of membrane components after the installation of the crane in the assembly workshop, ensuring that the qualification rate of all membrane components is 100% before entering the membrane tank. On the afternoon of April 8th, the membrane equipment began to depart one after another. By April 13th, all 114 membrane components on site had been installed. After several days of pipeline installation and inspection, they met the water inlet conditions and officially entered the membrane process on April 19th. After all equipment and facilities passed the inspection, they will quickly enter the debugging and operation stage of the membrane process.
