On September 5, 2021, the Zhangjiagang Huijin Garden Water Emergency Water Treatment Project, designed and constructed by Huayuan Environment, successfully completed the lifting work of ceramic membrane integrated water treatment equipment and air flotation equipment. The installation of inlet and outlet water pipelines and the installation of raw water lifting pumps and other equipment will also be implemented and debugged in the near future. This project is one of the major livelihood projects in which Huayuan Environment actively participates in urban sewage treatment.
Huayuan Environment, in response to the black and odorous water quality of the Huijin Garden emergency water treatment project, isolated the pollution sources and used integrated water treatment equipment to extract upstream sewage for purification before discharging into the western water body to reduce pollutants entering the river. Subsequently, the integrated air flotation equipment was used to extract water from the downstream of the water body, which was pressurized with dissolved oxygen, and then discharged into the upstream to increase the concentration of dissolved oxygen and enhance the fluidity of the water body.
From 2018 to 2020, Zhangjiagang City successfully completed the three-year action of high-quality urban and rural domestic sewage treatment. In 2020, the creation of a demonstration city for improving the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment was fully launched, and the mobilization meeting for the "333" action of improving the quality and efficiency of urban sewage treatment in Zhangjiagang City was held. The nano ceramic membrane biological treatment technology of Huayuan Environment has excellent removal effects on the four indicators of dissolved oxygen, ammonia nitrogen, redox potential, and transparency required for black and odorous water bodies. Therefore, the integrated treatment scheme with nano flat ceramic membrane as the core component can demonstrate its skills in river black and odorous treatment.
In addition, Huayuan is actively preparing for the construction of the Nanhe River Water Quality Treatment Project on Nanyuan Road in Zhangjiagang City. The integrated solution of Huayuan Environment is applied to the emergency treatment of black and odorous river water quality, which is of great significance for improving the ecological environment of Zhangjiagang and better completing the quality and efficiency improvement of sewage treatment in the Zhangjiagang area.
