Shaanxi Langxin Oil and Gas Exploration Wastewater Treatment Project (400 meters) ³/ D)


The oil and gas production wastewater treatment project in Shaanxi Langxin Oil and Gas Production mainly includes the filtrate from mud passing through the filter press, fracturing fluid during the oil and gas production process, backflow fluid, and drilling operation wastewater.

The oil and gas extraction wastewater treatment process adopts the "coagulation sedimentation tank+electrocoagulation+micro nano ozone oxidation+ultrafiltration+SRO reverse osmosis" process for treatment. The main pollutants of oil and gas extraction wastewater are suspended solids, COD, and salts. The wastewater treatment is completed through the above process, meeting the standards of the "Water Quality Standard for Irrigation in Farmland" (GB5084-2005) (with dry farming as the crop type).

The system is designed to process 400 cubic meters of oil and gas extraction wastewater per day, of which 300 cubic meters (through coagulation sedimentation tank, electrocoagulation, and micro nano ozone oxidation) meet the standards for oil and gas field reuse before entering the membrane, and 100 cubic meters meet the standards of the "Water Quality Standards for Agricultural Irrigation" (GB5084-2005) after membrane treatment (crop type is dry farming). The facility operates for 300 days per year (expected to be shut down in winter).
