Inner Mongolia Jiutai New Materials Co., Ltd. Polyethylene Glycol Production Line Wastewater Treatment Project
The wastewater treatment project of the polyethylene glycol production line of Inner Mongolia Jiutai New Materials Co., Ltd. mainly treats the waste liquid generated during the polyethylene glycol production process, production equipment washing water, flushing water, and cooling water. The treatment capacity of the project is 12000 m3/d, and the main process is "AAO+Ceramic membrane ultrafiltration+RO reverse osmosis". After reverse osmosis treatment, the ultrafiltration effluent reaches the cooling water and boiler make-up water standards in the Urban Sewage Recycling and Reuse Industrial Water Quality (GB/T 19923-2005), and the rest is directly discharged. The designed inlet and outlet water quality is detailed in the table below.
